Has anyone gotten this? It feels like a chaffing, burning type pain but there is no redness or rash. I’m wondering if it is a pinched nerve?

Towards the chest could be an annoyed pectoralis muscle, towards the back the latissimus dorsi or teres muscle. Pinched nerves are not as common as you think, it's probably just a little overwhelmed.
Stretching before and after lifting will help, look up exercises for pecs and rhomboids.0
