Right now I am doing 2 sets of 3x10 where the weight is 95lb. I would like to increase that to 100lb but I noticed that when I do I can hardly complete 1 set. Should I just stay with 95lb and do 2x3x10 or increase and do 1x3x10 where my 3rd rep I can’t even complete?
After my run and after i cool down when i walk my heel hurts/sore. When i go back to running following say it takes me some time to get over that initial soreness and eventually it goes away. I know what i am describing is very general description but has anyone experienced this

I don’t understand why i am gaining weight on the sides of my stomach even thoughr i consume less calories then needed daily I exercise and run and it looks to me that i had less fat on stomach sides when i didnt do any exercise at all. Can someone suggest what am i doing wrong?
