Increasing weight

Right now I am doing 2 sets of 3x10 where the weight is 95lb. I would like to increase that to 100lb but I noticed that when I do I can hardly complete 1 set. Should I just stay with 95lb and do 2x3x10 or increase and do 1x3x10 where my 3rd rep I can’t even complete?

If you can't hardly complete one set, I would lower the weight where you can complete many sets first. It's about the volume at a useful intensity, not the intrnsity you can't complete at.
