Pleasant surprises.
Has anyone had any pleasant surprises when it comes to nutrition in food? For me it's the protein counts of some foods. Vegemite an Aussie staple has 1.3g per 5g serve. I am trying to keep this simple- slow weight loss, high activity
The last time I was on mfp , I lost weight too quickly, but not on purpose. I had a hard time figuring out how much to eat (the calculator under estimated), and ended up frustrated. I was also too thin to be comfortable, and while my strength improved, I wasn't happy with my body fat and ended up with low blood pressure.…
