Looking for friends!

Hi, I am a 37 year old mother of two, working full time in a fairly physical job. The last time I was here I lost quickly (not on purpose) and struggled regaining. I feel I over complicated things.

This time around I need to lose a couple of more kilos to be healthy, and I don't want to get below 68 ish kilos. I 5'7 and feel better at the upper end of ideal weight. I mostly want to build a strong base, so I can be strong and healthy as I age and set a great example for my daughters. I have been eating between 2000 and 3000 calories and still loosing. I get a minimum of 15000 steps at work. I am trying to get more consistent with weight training and eating.

I am open to any friends , with any thing in common with me. I particularly would like people also working on building strength, whether that be for health, sport or any reason at all 🙂
