Saw my buddy Bob at the gym, sitting on the end of a bench, 140 lb dumbbells by his feet ( biggest they got). Being a bit of a "smarty", I said "bicep curls today Bob?" And Bob says "yeah, you mean like this?" And start crankin' out 140lb one arm curls like nuthin to it ... 😨

In 5 week you will weigh....
Is this record broken? Few weeks ago, it said I would weigh 210. Since then I dropped about 10 lbs. So if the diet is largely unchanged, and I'm 10 less than han when it said that, the hen how in 5 MORE WEEKS would it still say 210?

Bleh!
I sometimes do oatmeal in the microwave - oatmeal, water, cinnamon, sometimes diced apple - nuke 3 mins and have it. And I sometimes take a protein shake, just in days the protein in the diet needs a boost. DO NOT take that shortcut, where you put the milk and powder in the oatmeal and then nuke! 🤢

Started this today, change the pace. I bumped up the numbers it spit out, I creasi g the weight from.where it said to start, since not really a new by. Still, even after bumping, this was SO EASY compared to what I normally do that I had MAKE myself walk out without doing more! I "get" progression, but for now this is.lore…

No calorie info for strength training
Worked out this morning, like 3 guys. No doubt several people at the gym decided I was insane. BUT I have no idea how many calories to mark. Maybe weigh my sweat drenched shirt?@! 😎

Wait... So the calories number here ...
So when I enter desired body weight and click "take it off by tomorrow" (or whatever) it gives me a number. Is that what I should eat, or should I be SUBTRACTING from that number to get a deficit?@! Currently 5'9 1/2", 219 lbs ... Which is about 25-29 too much.

Lemon pie
About two months into determination to shed some weight. But my little girl (10) made me lemon meringue pie for my birthday -- seein' that face I just couldn't NOT eat it. 1) not all calories are bad, and 2) I don't need to eat the whole thing.
