I sometimes do oatmeal in the microwave - oatmeal, water, cinnamon, sometimes diced apple - nuke 3 mins and have it.
And I sometimes take a protein shake, just in days the protein in the diet needs a boost.
DO NOT take that shortcut, where you put the milk and powder in the oatmeal and then nuke! 🤢
