Bulking - weight fluctuation
Hi everyone, currently bulking following a hypertrophy specific routine. so this morning a weighed in at 11 stone and 3/4 of a lb. Pretty much the same weight i was 3 weeks ago. However in between this time my weight appeared to be going up at a steady rate, hit 11 stone 1.5lb last week, so i thought all was well. I guess…

90 days progress pic
Just wanted to share my 90th day progress. Been trying to gain muscle. Its been hard but i definitely see some progress, however i feel i could gain more, just need to eat more on a consistent basis . Excited to see what another 90 days can do. We have got this guys!

What is your "petty" reason to gain weight
Inspired by the petty reason to lose weight thread. For me personally, always been thin, never truly been ok with it. Plus i want my kids to think im superman.... I mean more of a superman 😁
