Yep, currently bulking. Since feb last year ive gone from 10 st 9lbs to 11 st 12lbs. Pretty chuffed. Don't look like i lift yet but i attribute that to lack of muscle and lack of definition. 37 yo male. 6ft tall. Gone from 10 stone 8 to 11 stone 10 since February. However my waist is now 35 36 inches. Thinking of doin a 4 week aggressive mini cut then smashing the bulk till march april time. Thoughts?

Ah its once a week man. Doing something right 90 percent of the time is better than doing nothing 100 percent of the time. Just go out and enjoy. As for telling people... I dont. I will only admitt to lifting weights and eating a certain way when its plainly obvious and someone mentions it. Praying for that day 😂

Omg absolutely yes. Get a bench and some weights. And you know what? Your muscles don't even realise the weight you're lifting isn't being lifted in a swanky gym. Go for it

Ive downloaded the libra weight trend app. Seems simple enough to use. So the sensible plan now would be to continue at my current calorie target for 2 weeks and see if the trend goes up. Sounds like a plan

Yes, use a calculator to find out how many calories you need a day, try this for a few weeks along with a reputable weight lifting routine. If you gained weight.... Nothing excessive eg a pound or less is good. If you didnt gaine weight... Add say... 300 calories ans re assess in a week or 2. Rinse repeat.
