Hi, I’m new to this. Skinny build weighing about 10st 7lb trying to gain weight!does anyone have any tips?

Yes, use a calculator to find out how many calories you need a day, try this for a few weeks along with a reputable weight lifting routine. If you gained weight.... Nothing excessive eg a pound or less is good. If you didnt gaine weight... Add say... 300 calories ans re assess in a week or 2. Rinse repeat.0
