Confused over increasing fat goal
Why is it the more I exercise and burn calories the higher the fat goal goes....? What is going on?

I always thought saturated fats were bad and poly and mono were good or better but why does MFP only give me a goal for saturated ??? So I keep seeing negative percentage for the other two... Thanks to anyone who can clear this up.
