December Daily Step Challenge - Part II
Challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the rest of the month. Its ok if you do not make the 10,000 steps. The main goal is to keep activate every day!

November Step Challenge
Anyone up for 10,000 steps challenge for this month? The rules are: 1. Need a pedometer / step counter. 2. Post daily your steps on this board. 3. It doesn't matter how many or how few you get. You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Who's in??

Weekly Challenge Thoughts
I though we might talk about our weekly challenges. Last week I was trying to make my fiber goals. Durring the week it was no problem but on weekends it seems I eat less fruit, vegies and whole grains. I guess I need to plan these into my weekends even if I am constatly on the go.

W^2 Week 3 Weigh in
Just weighed in and I had no change this week. I think I was doing OK until a family get together last night. Instead of a light meal my mom made a roast, wtih mashed potatoes, etc. Sigh, If this was practice for Thanksgiving I def failed.

We each have our own challenges in the spreadsheet. Do we wnt to try somedaily challenges? Maybe can take turns with challenge. IfF we are interested, we could start with 8 glasses of water. That is always a challenge for me.

Odd less-than-100 cal snacks
I was looking for a snack and just did not want a fruit or veggies or a prepack bar . I noticed that there was one hot dog left in a container. Since we only buy fat free hot dogs I thought it would not be too bad. One fat free hot dog and light bread was only 85 calories! Are there any other odd snacks ttah anyone has…
