I am definitely secondary lifestyle due to just sitting a lot during the day but I workout an hour 3-4 times a week (moderate walking twenty minutes and forty minutes lifting) I don’t want to add my workouts due to lifting so it might not be accurate but I was wondering if I can put myself as lightly active?
