I am definitely secondary lifestyle due to just sitting a lot during the day but I workout an hour 3-4 times a week (moderate walking twenty minutes and forty minutes lifting)
I don’t want to add my workouts due to lifting so it might not be accurate but I was wondering if I can put myself as lightly active?

You *can* do whatever you'd like.
If you find you're not losing weight as expected, you can always move to a lower activity level.2 -
Thank you I guess I’ll have to determine base on that!0
