What’s the best abs exercises?
Hi peeps, What’s the best exercises for a good ab workout? Currently I’m doing, Ab crunch machine Crossover crunches Kettlebell sidebends Machine knee lift I do 3 sets of each 3 times a week. Any advice please?

Recipes using diet whey protein powder
Hi peeps, anybody got any ideas on how to use protein powder other than as a shake. I’m thinking a low fat version of muffins, pancakes etc. Thanks

Bench press
I’ve recently added bench press to my chest routine. I tried to lift 60kg...not a chance lol. So started with 25kg for 15 reps but felt easy. Now doing 35kg for 10 reps. I’m not confident increasing my weight at the moment. Just wondered how many people on MFP bench, how much and what difficulties they’ve faced?

Hi all, Height: 5ft 7in Weight: 192lbs Age: 37 Is my weight ok for my height and age? I’m looking to lose another 20lbs if I can. Lost 28lbs so far, 3inches off my waist too. Any advice?

Bloated belly
Hi all, I’ve lost around 6 inches of my waist but my belly still looks bloated at times. Will reducing my carbs help me to avoid a bloated belly? Cheers 👍

Lift heavy or light light for cutting?
Hi peeps, I’m aiming to lose weight by dieting and working out, so far lost 1st 10lbs. However I’m not losing as much weight as I once was. Maybe a 1lb a week. I’ve switched to using heavier weights. For example, leg extension I was doing 18kg now doing 45kg. Is it best to lift heavy or fairly light for cutting? Cheers

Weight loss journey
Hi all, My name is Chris. My starting weight was 15st 10lbs. Trying to lose weight and get stronger. I’m currently 14st 0lbs. Finding it hard still, love my food too much. Could eat a kebab every day 😂😂. Great to see other people on the same journey as me 👍
