I run a couple of times a week- mainly do fitness classes. However majority of time when I run I end up with a stitch like pain either on one of my sides or both. I know my posture isn’t the best when running- could this be related??
Anyone got a vegetarian lasagne recipe - healthy one? Ones I’ve seen use cottage cheese/quark and I’m not overly keen on these as they tend to split in the recipe. Thanks

For those who do high intensity workouts- HIIT, Metafit, Plyo how do folk record this?? Also curious as I’m sure the app doesn’t take into account the calories burned after workout?
Hi, new to MyFitnessPal and struggling abit when recording excercise and the calories burned. For example 30 mins of metafit (HIIT), 45 mins of suspension training (TRX) and 30 mins of Abs?? Any help appreciated!
