Any thoughts? Weight Watchers added eggs to the zero point foods list this year and I'm trying to understand why. When I track calories versus protein, or just calories egg seem to add a lot more with little protein. Can anyone explain that?
I got hamburger patties from shop right. They made 4 patties from 1.35lbs of 93% meat! I would have gotten the 80 percent beef if I wasn't trying to watch my weight.
It seems impossible to me
I guess this helps with boredom eating.
