Wow, congratulations on your weight loss! My method of gaining muscle is doing what I can. Sometimes it hurts and becomes a set back, at which time I try to time or otherwise measure my workouts, gradually increasing. Gaining muscle doesn't happen overnight, so be patient. Hope that helps.

Trying very hard. I think I can do this tonight, even if it is only once.

It's just a lot. I guess it means less bread, so that could be good. But it made a 440 calorie cheese burger, so the calories caught me by surprise. Also, I get hungry a lot, so I'd rather have smaller more frequent meals.

Clothes definitely matter. I couldn't believe I was in my large pants after being in my small ones last year. And trying on a bathing suit, I thought one size fits whale, and wanted to hide under my shirt.

Give yourself credit every time you get up. Walking around is great even for keeping up your spirits. Being stuck in bed was terrible for me, but gradually doing more has helped.

Well, the general rule of thumb was that 50 calories roughly equalled a point. But I did find that ww seems to penalize foods they deem unhealthy. They seemed to be more than the calories. Yellow cheese for example, I found varied in points, but not in calories per slice.

Just a regular doctor. I've given up on thyroid doctors, did that for 5 years and only gotten worse. I'm working on treating symptoms now.

I definitely want to join. I even figured out how to bookmark this page. Maybe I can start by adding no food after 11:30pm.

I feel like "I'm eating and I just can't stop ". Sometimes going to sleep helps, but I'm sure checking in would work better.

A doctor told me it would help with weight loss. I've also read it helps with thyroid. My thought is lose the weight, and see how I feel.
