I have memory foam shoes for the moment but they hurt me, any suggestions?
I weighed in at 203 with my doctor a few weeks ago and now am 190! I’ve never actively tried to lose weight before now so I need buddies to help me stay motivated and vice versa. Also, is anyone at planet fitness?
I’ve started and stopped so many times. What helped you stay motivated at the beginning since breaking old habits is hard? Even if it’s small or seems silly, I’d love to hear from everyone.
