lost something
okay after being in a plateau for a bit, at my weigh in yesterday I lost 6 ounces, isn't much but at least going in the right direction. Got back to the gym also, so one day so far this week, now to stay on track :smile:

okay I got myself into the low 170s, been following the same food plan, only eating vegs & protein, pretty much same thing for breakfast, snack & lunch, supper I have something different every night. Protein calories
We got to a weight loss clinic that has us count protein calories because we need to stay within a limit of 500 - 600 protein calories a day. I don't understand how to calculate this correctly, should my overall calories be higher or just equal that quota each day? Any one else following a similar program that may know

I can't figure out how to make changes to my Goals, should I just go in and change my starting weight to my newest weight vs the starting weight I put in at 2015? I tried following someone's directions, go to Goals. change goals but don't see how to update
