Hey! So I’m trying to lean out before Thanksgiving. I add all the nice spices to food to help, but any tips for keeping in some of the holiday spirit as far as kinds of food? Cinnamon and nutmeg are my current go-tos for teas and oatmeal. Anyone else leaning out before bulking up?
