Grow gluten & stay lean...
Hi, I have got to a weight I am happy with maybe a bit on the smaller side. But now I wish to: grow my glutes as they seem to have shrunk get stronger generally BUT remain lean as I have some baby abs coming through How do I do this? Also is there a way to give myself a more curvy/feminine shape ⌛️? Any tips would be great.

Hi I am roughly 48-50kgs and want to maintain that rather than constantly fluctuating. Where do I start? I have no idea how to maintain where I am and not lose any more weight?

Stay the same weighty
Hi, So I’ve recently gone from 58kg to 50kg and now just want to maintain this but have no idea how! I’ve Kindof lost my appetite of late so sometimes struggle even reaching my target calories to lose weight. Any ideas on how I can do this?

Bloated stomach
Hi, So my diet is really good. I drink atleast 2 litres of water a day and am slowly replacing my normal tea/coffee with green or mint tea. Yet my stomach is permanently bloated. High reps/low weight or heavier weight/ low rep
Could someone tell me which is better? I want to lose some weight and tone up/ grow a bigger bum. I have around 5kg to lose. Am in a calorie deficit and do some cardio. I enjoy lifting heavier but if more reps and lower weight is going to help me achieve my goals quicker? Lauren
