Stay the same weighty

Hi,

So I’ve recently gone from 58kg to 50kg and now just want to maintain this but have no idea how! I’ve Kindof lost my appetite of late so sometimes struggle even reaching my target calories to lose weight. Any ideas on how I can do this?

    Calorie dense foods like nuts or nut butters.

    Glass of wine with dinner, butter on your bread. Salad dressings.

    There are lots of ways without adding volume of food
