I’ve been pregnant 3 times and have no normal skin left on my stomach. Its one giant and saggy stretch mark but thats ok. Its part of my story and im proud. But...im curious to know what it will look like at my goal of 125-135lbs. Im currently 212lbs. Would anyone be willing to show their post baby bellies around my goal…
I have the typical thigh and shoulder soreness from first workout in a long time. It’s not the worst so I wanted to work out and do yoga. Will yoga make me more sore or losen me up and thats it? I have a christmas party on friday and don’t want to make matters worse.
