Fitbit/MFP calorie count decreased
Hello I recently lost a few lbs and changed my current weight on MfP and my fitbit. I noticed a major drop in the calories I am burning. I am doing more activity as well but still such a low number for calories burned. Any advice?

Help- 5 weeks in and no weight loss

Smaller shoulders- is it even possible?
Hi All! I know losing weight in a certain area is pretty much impossible but i am wanting to lose my broad shoulders a bit. I am aware that weights will help but should i up them to 5 x a week and focus on shoulders? Right now i do cardio 3 x a week and weights 3 x a week for 30-45 mins? Hello. I have been on mfp for 3 weeks. Eating 1300 calories, limited my carbs, was doing cardio 5 times a week and now added weights. Planning to do twice a week. So far only 2 lbs lost. Any advise as to when i can see some changes?
