Should I eat when not hungry?
Title basically says it all. My followup question to this is - is there anything special about caloric intake in a given day, or is it just for convenience? In other words if you decide your calorie goal is 2k/day, is it identical to setting your goal at 14k/week?

Is it bad to just do a couple focus muscle lifts?
I haven't been able to find a gym I like around me and as a result, I haven't lifted weights in a long time. Would it be a bad idea to buy a pair of 15 lb dumbbells and just do bicep curls, shoulder lifts, and similar, without doing the other large muscle group workouts? Hi all, I'm trying to just get my running routine started, but see a lot of information about increasing distances at set percentages.
