Healthy-ish desserts??
What are your guys’ go to desserts?? I like to have a little something sweet after supper and I like to keep it under 150 calories. My go to has been Halo Top, but I’m trying to get away from artificial sweeteners. Any suggestions??

How long do you wait before changing your calorie settings?
I was consistently losing around a pound per week up until last week. The last two weeks I’ve weighed myself I’ve been at the exact same weight. Do I give it another week at my current calories or should I decrease now? (And yes, I am weighing my food😁) Thanks in advance!

Activity Level??
I’m unsure what to pick as my activity level in my goals. I have mine set as lightly active right now. I work out 5-6 time a week in a normal week. This varies from running, to walking on an incline, yoga or strength training. I add these calories on the days I exercise and eat 50-75% back. Besides this I am a dental…

Pounds per week?
How many pounds per week should I be aiming to lose? I’m about 126 right now and I’m aiming to end up around 110. So I’ve got about 15 pounds to lose. I have my goals set at losing one pound per week and that puts me at 1260 calories per day. Is it better to lower my goals to .5 pounds per week or keep it where it’s at?

Caloric goal accuracy??
I’ve been doing some research and plugging in my stats into weightloss calculators just to compare carorie goals. The numbers from my research have been higher than what MFP gives me and I’m wondering what is more accurate? I weigh about 126 but I’m only 5 foot so I’m wanting to lose around 10 pounds or so.
