Activity Level??

I’m unsure what to pick as my activity level in my goals. I have mine set as lightly active right now. I work out 5-6 time a week in a normal week. This varies from running, to walking on an incline, yoga or strength training. I add these calories on the days I exercise and eat 50-75% back. Besides this I am a dental hygienist so I wouldn’t say I am up on my feet an overly extended amount of time during the day. Am I on the right track??

    The only real way to know is to give it about a month and see how your progress is. If you're losing as expected you're fine, if not either drop down to sedentary or cut back a little on the exercise calories you eat back.
