I'm not sure what section this belongs in. But it's something I am curious about. The other day I was on youtube and I typed in "food addiction" and up came several suggestions but one of them showed a morbidly obese lady. I clicked on it, thinking it might be like 600 lb life or someone asking for help, or something that…

I could really use sound advice from people who are experienced with working out. I have a back injury in the lower back that also affects my right hip. It's quite painful at times- like today and the past week. I was told I have a compressed disc and to be very careful. I was injured about 10 years or so ago. It flares up…

I would like to be able to organize
I cannot find the "food list tabs" that allow me to organize alphabetically for either my foods nor my recipes. Any help out there? Links to the actual function would be nice. I went to tech support and it said to look for the tab to the right of the food list tabs but i see nothing! help!
