Hi, just started keto, first day was today. Already logging tomorrow's meals ahead of time and I've bought a rib eye steak, would I enter the raw or cooked weight? I entered 'Tesco finest Rib eye' as I'd bought it off the meat counter but MFP didn't say whether it was raw weight or not? Thanks in advance
