Do I weigh raw or cooked meat?
Hi, just started keto, first day was today. Already logging tomorrow's meals ahead of time and I've bought a rib eye steak, would I enter the raw or cooked weight? I entered 'Tesco finest Rib eye' as I'd bought it off the meat counter but MFP didn't say whether it was raw weight or not? Thanks in advance

Fat Vs calories..
Ok so I've been 'trying' keto since 1st Jan. Worked out my macros on ruled.me, got a calorie intake of about 1358. I follow all these pages, posts on Instagram loaded with cheese but how do you do that but stay within the calorie allowance? I've seen a few references to an egg fast on Instagram from a fellow Keto'er Saying that a day made up of only egg, some cheese and very little veg can help break a plateau? Maxed protein macro but loads of cals and fat left...?
Started keto a few weeks ago and have macros worked out to a count for 1358 cals a day and Correct split to stay under 20g carbs etc. I'm tracking everything and only having 2 meals a day due to IF but I'm finding I'm running out of protein grams but still have over 500 cals and loads of fat left and struggling with…
