What happened to the layout of this app?
The app used to be so easy to use. Now the big “plus” button is gone. I can’t even figure out how to post on my newsfeed. What happened to this app?! It was tough to use before and now it’s even tougher to use! I’m going to search for a more user friendly one.

Correct Calorie Goal
I still CANNOT figure out what the correct calorie goal should be for me on this app. On the days I work out, my total burn will be about 2400 for the day. My RMR is 1500. I have it set to 1800 but when I include my exercise, it adds every calorie I burned as calories I can eat. What that tells me is that I should be…

Custom meal plans?
Does anyone know where I can get custom meal plans for each meal meeting the macros I need? For example, let’s say breakfast 60g carbs, 15g fat and 25g protein and I can literally look up meal recipies with those macros. I liked FitMenCook but that one does meal plans for total calories. Any info would help! Thank you!
