Hi guys! I’m Meg. I’ve been in the military for 15 years. As I get older, my metabolism is starting to slow down. I can’t really bounce back and catch up when I fall off the wheel. BUT, I’m still trying!! Regularly, I do Brute Force sandbag WODs using their app and I run 3 miles every other day. I also do occasional work outs on the Peloton app. I’m tracking everything religiously because I’m hoping to hire a dietician in a couple weeks.
I hope everyone is doing alright mentally and physically during this pandemic. I definitely find that encouraging words do help us all get through it and a sense of community is absolutely key to our resiliency. Let’a get in shape, stay happy and healthy!
