Has anyone else figured out how to properly add this exercise in MFP? I read an old chat that said there was an option to add "walking 3.5 uphill" but I dont even see that. I've been walking on a 3 to 10% incline on the treadmill at 3.5mph for 30, 45 or 60 mins and I have no idea to add this accurately.
Hopefully I am posting this in the right place. I have a question on which walking to input into MFP Exercise section. I can't seem to get any pedometers to link and synch so I have to do it manually. No big deal. But do I enter the equivalent of what my pedometer is saying? So if I've walked 6000 steps total for the day…
