Hi! I’ve been using fitness pal for years. However I’ve been on a weight gain streak. Last April 2023 I was 148 and now I’m 166. I’ve steadily gained weight over the last year and I’m not eating an over abundance to gain that much. And every time I attempt to fast, eat in a calorie deficit, etc. I ended up not losing…
I’m a very busy mom. No time to meal prep. What has worked for others that easy and helped them lose weight. I’ve been eating about 1300 calories a day with sometimes eating 200 over but I feel like I’m not losing weight. And suggestion are appreciated.
