I’m a very busy mom. No time to meal prep. What has worked for others that easy and helped them lose weight. I’ve been eating about 1300 calories a day with sometimes eating 200 over but I feel like I’m not losing weight. And suggestion are appreciated.

Have you set your profile in MFP to get a calorie target? How did you arrive at 1300? Do you use a food scale and log consistently? Are you checking your database entries to see if they're correct? If you exercise, are you overestimating your calorie burns?

You feel like you're not losing weight or you aren't losing weight? Might just be your patience/expectations.

are you using a food scale and logging everything? is 1300 what MFP said to lose 1/lb a week?
how long have you been eating 1300 calories?
have you weighted yourself at all to confirm? I mean it takes a number of pounds before I "feel" I've lost anything (like 10+) and that takes months to achieve.

feel like you're not or have weighed yourself and you're not?
