Been on a 1200 calorie a day since xmas and don't seem to be losing a lot, i also exercise an hour walking and 40 minute cycling, friend suggested i up my calorie intake, any views or suggestions please.i am late 60s female with about 6 stone to loss.
Hi I am a female 67 and have been mostly on 1200 calories a day and also doing 1 hour treadmill and 40 mins cycling I have at least 6 stone to lose but find i am only losing a pound a week should i cut back on calories any advice would be welcome thanks.
