    Do you weigh your food?
    Using a scale is important.

People generally underestimate calories for food and overestimate calories burnt.

Also when you say you're not losing a lot, what do you define as "a lot"?
How many lbs have you lost since Xmas

For example even 1lb a week is fine, you won't lose all your weight over night (as I'm. Sure you know) but consistent losing gets you there in the end, even if it is small amounts.

Im sure others will have plenty of other suggestions, that's all I got for now lol

You didn't answer the question about weighing your food. How are you determining that you're eating 1200 calories?

We lose weight by eating in a calorie deficit. Its how our bodies are designed. But we don’t really know where we are in the process without that food scale.

I key in the food through the app and I don't depend on the figure it says for calories used through exercise, if food needs weighing i do that as well.

If not losing at the rate expected/hoped for, and that rate would be sensible to strive for in the first place, then weighing *all foods* for a while will help pin down where the problem might be.
