I use to use this app years ago. Amd what I'm finding is that my history is loaded with duplicates and stuff I don't eat. How can I easily get rid of this instead of one at a time. When I change it to frequently it still shows old food from the past

A beginner.. working on a weeks worth of meals so i know what I'm eating for next week. For example making White chicken chili with beans no cream sauce and If I pick something from database it don't show the fiber and seems like sodium is high when I will be using very little. more info needed on the premium version
I see there is a meal planning tool in the premium version. Does this create meal plans for you? Does this show if your meals are balanced? such as making sure you get enough fiber in each meal or make sure the carbs are not over the limit for the day. Thanks in Advance! Jessie

Help with how to log exercise
I recently started a PT job, and i used my fitbit yesterday an walked 9200 steps. I change my level of activity in the app. Since I did that, do i include the 9200 steps in as exercise? or is changing the level of activity count for those steps? Thanks in advance!
