Anyone else get stuck at a weight?
I have been using my fitness pal for 2 months now and follow it quite strictly. I use 1750 calories a day (as recommendedby my GP), walk at least 10,000 steps at 5ft 3in. I started at 12 stone 13 and lost 12lbs in the first 5 weeks. Since then I have gone up and done the same 5lbs! I am not doing anything differently, am…
