Changing cal goals
I recently lost 10 pounds over the course of 3 weeks, so I am wondering how I change my calorie goals on this app? It seems when I go into it the only way I can change it is if I say I wanna lose more pounds per week. Am I just missing something?

16:8 Fasting + Counting calories
Is it okay to practice 16:8 fasting and also counting my calories. During my window of eating (1PM - 8PM) I try to hit at least 1600 calories then fast. I exercise moderately for now because my body is sore.

I didn’t want to introduce myself until I was completely sure I could stick with this app, I’ve never counted calories before but I’m currently 16 days in and I’ve never felt better. I eat 1600 calories a day, doing the “zig zag” dieting so I don’t “plateau”. I also fast for a good 16 hours a day, then in my eating window…
