I didn’t want to introduce myself until I was completely sure I could stick with this app, I’ve never counted calories before but I’m currently 16 days in and I’ve never felt better.

I eat 1600 calories a day, doing the “zig zag” dieting so I don’t “plateau”. I also fast for a good 16 hours a day, then in my eating window only consume my alotted calories.

Are these two practices healthy to execute together? Or should I be only counting my calories or only fasting?

Unfortunately I do not own a scale but I have seen a difference of weight in my face and neck.
