Women over 50- frustrations but keep trucking
I have been doing things different for three weeks, I know not long enough. I started being able to walk 3,000 steps which was better than 1,200 for month. I have lung problem. I stet a goal of walking 1/4 mile twice a day. By end of week was up to 1/4 mile three times. My lung can only with stand 1/4 mile before no air…

New to MFP. - Turned 75
I just turned 75. I guess it not to late to get healthy. Goal weight 145#. First mini goal is 180# by May 25. Have lung problems but getting 5,000 - 7,000 steps in a day. Working hard to learn to like veggies.
