I just turned 75. I guess it not to late to get healthy. Goal weight 145#. First mini goal is 180# by May 25. Have lung problems but getting 5,000 - 7,000 steps in a day. Working hard to learn to like veggies.
There’s a lot of users here in your age range. If you want specific advice from similar users, you could start a thread over on general health. There’s threads for 40, 50 and 60’s. Can’t recollect any for 70’s, so it’s about darn time someone stepped up and did it!
