Adding exercise
Hi, I am trying to lose 2lbs per week and it set me at 1460 per day. And my BMR is 1450. I workout 5 days a week. When I add my exercise it adds calories. Is the 1460 already my deficit? Should I be eating more than that if i exercise? I dont want to eat back everything I just burned!
