Hi guys! I am trying to build my glutes. I understand I need to eat at a surplus. Currently I only train 3 days a week. Glutes only. Do I need to eat at a surplus everyday? I don’t want to gain a lot of fat with muscle. Please give me advice. Thank you!
Can I build muscle eating at maintenance? I want to build my butt but my belly is fat so I dont want to eat in surplus and store more fat if that makes sense.
I know the two contradict each other because to build you have to be in a surplus & to lose you should be in a deficit. I have a lot of belly fat & I dont want to bulk and add more to that. Any advice? I am what people call “skinny fat”
