I have a 4 and 5 year old looking for exploration! any fun, safe, and free places to go walking/exploring! we live just south of fuquay-varina, willow spring, and garner area!

4 weeks in I put my jeans on... which I donβt normally do! Im a stay at home mom/ hermit! π anyway these pants are normally tight!

a few things that make my week easier
-crockpot! great way to make several meals all at once! -hard boil eggs once a week to grab out of fridge -when chopping veggies i chop extra some for freezer some for salads - cook and shred chicken to grab from fridge , i use crockpot add 2 large breasts lasts me about 4 days!

Im working out every day watching what i eat! I live to see success stories it gives me hope! I started this journey because my 400 lb grandmother fell getting out of the hot tub(she was naked)! anyways i laughed, then realized I do not want that to happen to me! my goal is to get to a healthy weight then go from there!

Iβve lost 15 lbs
well Iβm down 15 lbs I started 4 weeks ago! That means my period has arrived π© I feel miserable I plan on working out and continuing with my diet! any suggestions to make it easier?

I laughed then realized it could be me
my 400 lb grandma fell while getting out of the hot tub... she was naked! it took 5 people to go over and lift her up and get her to the doctor! she is fine now! and the truth of it is I was headed there myself I was 229 a few weeks ago now at 215! πππ I am forever changed no going back!
