my 400 lb grandma fell while getting out of the hot tub... she was naked! it took 5 people to go over and lift her up and get her to the doctor!
she is fine now! and the truth of it is I was headed there myself I was 229 a few weeks ago now at 215! 🎉🎉🎉
I am forever changed no going back!
