Body composition help
Ok so I lost 50 lbs last year doing a ketogenic style for about 8 months, sw 250, CW 197. As you can see my lower stomach is soft and pudgy still, currently I’m still doing keto lifestyle as it really helps my mind, anxiety and clarity etc…I love ketones. My calories are between 1800-2100 a day, and I workout 5 days a week…
