Cutting back red meat!!

Any suggestions on brand and flavor/ types of salad dressing? I find it hard to find a dressing that is low in calories, sodium and sugar, but taste good. Cheat day
Is it ok to have a cheat day? Even though I still track everything I eat, I give myself 1 cheat day a week. I use this day to go to family functions, or out to lunch with the girls ect. ,although I don't go overboard with it. Advice
I lost 8 lbs recently by using the app, however I had to stop taking my thyroid meds for a week in order to take steroids for bronchitis. This has caused me to put 5lbs back on. Should I be upset about the gains, or just let it go and see if it comes back off with me being back on thyroid meds?
