My doc says I need more in my diet! So I’m adding one salad (1 cup leafy greens) & 1/2 cup cooked super greens (spinach, kale, etc or broccoli & related) per day (lunch & dinner are easy-peasy!).
in Westchester County, about to graduate and getting back on track! Bad cholesterol & blood sugar were up too, so want all my numbers in healthy range. Need help with bedtime bingeing!
